Executive architect and architect of record, MEP engineering, project management and the client’s representative on site. International procurement and logistics sit here too, because on a maison fit-out the long-lead items decide the programme before the first wall goes up.

Furniture and vitrine fabrication, joinery, wall lining and high-quality lacquer, produced in our own 60,000 square foot facility in Dubai Investment Park. Everything from upholstery to complex finishes is made in-house; only specialised electroplating and metal finishing leaves the building.

Floors, partitions, wall finishes, glass and steelwork, MEP and special façades. The trades that decide whether the maison’s drawing survives contact with the building — and the ones that have to be done at night, in a mall that has not closed.
