Van Cleef & Arpels

The complete millwork package for a Van Cleef & Arpels boutique — wall panelling, the dark timber floor, the cased openings and every display element in the salon, produced in Dubai Investment Park and installed on site. The dome vitrines and their consoles set the standard the rest of the room is held to: each was dry-assembled, lit and signed off in the facility before it travelled.

IWC Schaffhausen

Facade, civil and MEP works for IWC Schaffhausen at Solitaire. The shopfront is black powder-coated aluminium with full-height lamellas and crystal-clear laminated glass; inside, white paint and grey skimcoat are set against vertical timber slats in the VIP room, with Bianco Statuario display walls standing out from the darker marble behind them. Delivered against the maison’s own store manual rather than a local reading of it.

Jaeger-LeCoultre

A refined retail fit-out executed with precision and meticulous attention to detail — seamless architectural detailing, premium finishes and fully coordinated MEP services in harmony with the maison’s identity. The curved, back-lit ceiling rafts are the difficult part of a room like this: they are read against a straight shopfront line from every angle on the mall side, so the setting out has to be right before a single panel is hung.

Aigner

Facade, civil and MEP works for Aigner at Solitaire — a full-height glazed shopfront in a stone surround, and behind it a softer interior of arched display niches, patterned stone flooring and integrated lighting. A leather goods room is a harder brief than it looks: the product is low and the shelves are shallow, so almost all of the effect has to come from the lighting and the millwork behind it.
